A wonderful beginners telescope, the Celestron PowerSeeker 114EQ is a simple, yet amazing telescope. The PowerSeeker series is intended to give the beginner amateur astronomer the ideal mix of value, features and quality.
The manual German Equatorial mount allows the user to navigate the sky with their Newtonian Reflector telescope. The mount comes with two slow-motion rods for smooth and exact positioning. Adjust the rods to the desired position, and secure by tightening the cross knob.
The mount also comes with setting circles to find and track night sky objects. Adjustable tripod with handy accessory tray. Fast and simple setup. Each telescope comes with a 20mm and 4mm eyepiece, finderscope, plus a Barlow Lens.
